As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Hourly wage $30.49A $1000 Sign-on Bonus will be earned and payable in the first pay cycle
following the successful completion of ninety (90) days of employment

- Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.
- Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations.
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. 
- Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.  
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

You will meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information. Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations. Assigns guests to the proper Sales Executive and tracks and updates reports regarding line rotations. Awards premiums (gifts) to guests upon completion of sales presentation and track premium delivery in the computer system. Ensures that the common areas in the gallery are neat, clean, and stocked with various hospitality items.   You will add to the success of the team by maintaining high standards and providing the best service. You will need to have a flexible schedule, communicate clearly with coworkers and guests, and follow the company’s rules in all situations. This position may require a background check and/or drug screen contingent on company policy and state and local requirements. Specific job duties may differ by property, size of team, or facility. JOB REQUIREMENTS Physical Ability— Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Work Schedules— Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Education, Certification, or Licenses Preferred – High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred. 6 months of related work experience is preferred but not required.  No Supervisory Experience is required. - Enters and updates data regarding sales presentations, site packages, and self-generated leads into computer software systems.  
- Researches, compiles, retains, and/or communicates pertinent sales information/history to Sales Executives and/or Managers on a daily/weekly basis.   
- Reviews the details and scheduling of sales presentations or preview packages to guests who do not have a sales presentation scheduled.  
- Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. 
- Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.  
- Sets up, replenishes and breaks down all hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.    
- Ensures that the kitchen preparation room is in order.   
- Ensures all common areas are neat and in order.  
- Oversees and ensures the safety of any children accompanying sales presentation guests in accordance with corporate guidelines.  
- Works in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Management and Associates to ensure an efficient tour wave flow throughout the day.   
- Communicates to all marketing department associates about tour wave availability.   
- Updates tour manifest throughout the day.  
- Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.   
- Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.  
- Welcomes and acknowledges each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest’s name when possible. 
- Answers guest’s questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
- Speak to guests and coworkers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.  
- Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property-specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.  
- Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in one’s voice, using the caller’s name, transferring calls to the appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allowing the caller to end the call.  
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Managers or Leads.  
- Protects the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Attends meetings as required by Supervisors or Managers.
- Documents the distribution of premiums (gifts) in computer software systems.   
- Distributes gifts to guests upon completion of the sales presentation.  
- Maintains, updates, and balances premium gifting banks on a regular basis.    
- Maintains and updates the Preferred Merchant List.   
- Supports all coworkers and treats them with dignity and respect. Partners with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
- Handles sensitive issues with associates and/or Owner/guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
