Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. Highly motivated sales and negotiations specialist. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in office management and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

This position is $45,000 base with commission and bonus. which typically exceeds $28 an hour; high performing sale exceed generally $35 an hour after 6 months of experience.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Cold calls and making sales quota’s
- Selling to B2B customers and creating accounts
- Selling to homeowners sales and installation
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks for financial records.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Utilize computer software to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support office management functions by ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
