EME Tours & Travels is looking for Ticketing & Reservation Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
The Reservation & Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing airline reservations, ticketing operations, and customer travel requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (SABRE/Galileo) and a solid understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations, booking confirmations, and ticket issuance through SABRE/Galileo.
- Process ticket reissues, refunds, cancellations, and revalidations as per airline policies.
- Provide fare quotations and itinerary planning support.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators regarding schedule changes and ticketing issues.
- Monitor BSP reports and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Ensure compliance with airline and IATA regulations.
- Assist in marketing and business development activities to promote travel services and generate new business opportunities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Ticketing & Reservation, Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Transport Service
Additional Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (SABRE/Galileo) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with BSP processes, airline fare rules, and ticketing operations.
