Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced administrative assistant to provide a vital role in the efficient operation our organization.

Duties

  • Serve as the an administrative assistant of a local veterans service organization.
  • Maintain office accounting records and prepare financial reports.
  • Perform tasks as requested by management.
  • Organize and attend various conferences and conventions.
  • Facilitate communication across the organization.
  • Maintain and preserve all relevant files and documents of the Office.
  • Complete required government forms as needed.

Requirements

  • Two years of office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe and general office procedures.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and partners. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
