Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced administrative assistant to provide a vital role in the efficient operation our organization.
Duties
- Serve as the an administrative assistant of a local veterans service organization.
- Maintain office accounting records and prepare financial reports.
- Perform tasks as requested by management.
- Organize and attend various conferences and conventions.
- Facilitate communication across the organization.
- Maintain and preserve all relevant files and documents of the Office.
- Complete required government forms as needed.
Requirements
- Two years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe and general office procedures.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and partners. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
