Temporary Bilingual Legal Assistant Jobs in San Diego, CA at LHH US
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
- Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Maintain confidential client files and legal records
- Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and document management
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Position Details:
- Onsite role
- Contract role
- Compensation: $24.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
- Located in Downtown, San Diego
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay ranging from $24-$30 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday and fully onsite in Downtown San Diego.
