Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Solutions Coordinator to support our recruiting team. This individual will help with scheduling interviews, organizing and maintaining candidate & client data, keeping trackers and reports up to date, and assisting with the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The ideal candidate has strong professional writing skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel), is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate calls across multiple calendars

· Maintain and update trackers, reports, and candidate databases to ensure information is accurate and current

· Support the implementation and data migration of a new ATS system

· Draft and edit professional communications, reports, and documents for internal and client use

· Organize and manage digital files and records to streamline team efficiency

· Provide general administrative support and assist on ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Experience in an administrative, recruiting support, or talent acquisition coordination role

· Strong professional writing skills and attention to detail

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment

· Comfort with learning new tools and systems, particularly ATS platforms

· Familiarity with candidate sourcing methods and tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus
