We are looking for a highly capable, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant who can operate at the center of the business and keep deals, people, and processes moving flawlessly.
The Role
This role is far more than a traditional executive assistant.
You will be deeply embedded in real estate operations—from contracts to escrow to post-close asset management—while also supporting the executive team with high-level administrative execution.

Responsibilities
- Core ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Operations
- Draft, manage, and track purchase contracts, addendums, disclosures, and amendments
Executive & Business Support
- Act as the right hand to the CEO
- Manage calendars, priorities, and deadlines
- Handle sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Create systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Track action items and ensure follow-through
- Assist with personal and business administrative tasks as needed
Property & Vendor Coordination
- Liaison between ownership, contractors, vendors, and property managers
- Schedule appointments, access, and site visits

- Coordinate and run escrows from open to close, including:
- Communicating with escrow officers, lenders, agents, and title
- Tracking timelines, contingencies, deposits, and closing conditions
- Manage pre-close logistics (access, inspections, utilities, insurance, walkthroughs)
- Oversee post-close setup, including:
- Utilities, insurance confirmations, property access
- Vendor coordination
- File organization and asset handoff
- Maintain clean, organized deal files and transaction records
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
