Key Areas of Responsibilities

– HR Coverage:

  • Payroll & Corporate Pension process – work with ADP service provider and perform full spectrum of monthly payroll function, reconciliation, severance pension, social insurances and year-end tax refunds and prepare journal reports as required
  • Coordinate New Joiner/ Leaver HR processes and act as key point of contact between regional and local office in regard to HR Management
  • Handle job postings and manage communication with external agency, schedule interviews and coordinate other logistics
  • Delinquency and crime check with KOFIA, KRX and handle working permit matter when applicable
  • Arrange annual statutory trainings and KOFIA training for license holders
  • Manage labor-management council held every quarter and HR policy updates in accordance with Korean labor law
  • Assist in guiding staff member throughout the HR performance management and goal setting process
  • Ensure proper filing management is in place for all personal documentation, while maintaining a systematic candidate database/ tracker
  • Work closely with HR members on ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Provide general administration support to the HR team as required

– Admin Coverage:

  • Oversight of all office administrative works
  • Support company overall insurances renewal process
  • Annual medical check-up arrangement
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining organisation charts
  • Petty cash management and arrange corporate card issuance and termination
  • Vendor management and handle invoice payments for vendors and office rent, maintenance etc.
  • Office maintenance (relocation, renovation, cleaning)
  • Arrangement of charity (volunteer) activities and year-end events
  • Support ad-hoc tasks for local office and administrator back up when needed

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, preferably in Human Resources, Communications or Translation related
  • Ideally with 10+ years of HR admin and ADP Payroll experience within agencies or financial institutions
  • Solid business acumen and cultural sense gained from sizeable complex organisation
  • Highly proficient (close to native) in spoken and written English
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a good team player
  • A proactive self-starter, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
