The Position: Spa Technician/Sales Specialist
Job Description:
- Greeting clients and inputting client information into Mindbody
- Screening clients, and assisting in completion of waivers
- Running client sessions
- Inputting notes and specifics for each client
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
- Cleaning rooms and ensuring cleanliness around spa
- Assist in maintenance of equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- Maintain current product knowledge of all services and products that we offer clients to support and enhance their wellness
- Educating clients on benefits, packages, and membership/program options
- Follow up calls
Job Qualifications
- A passion for health, wellness, and giving clients the best care
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and actively builds positive relationships with clients and patients
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in health spa, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or another related field preferred
