Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, and has a passion for beauty, wellness, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using SquareUp app
- Process payments, memberships, and gift card sales
- Recommend spa services and retail products
- Assist with client check-in and check-out
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a five-star guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, hotel, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, booking software, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, and self-care
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Day and evening shifts
- Weekend availability preferred
Pay
$15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Spa or salon front desk operations
- Membership sales
- Retail product sales
- Korean skincare or beauty products knowledge
- Boulevard, Mindbody, Vagaro, Zenoti, or similar booking systems
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
