Overview

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Front Desk Coordinator to join our MedSpa team. This hybrid role combines content creation, digital marketing, and front desk client service to support brand growth and deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry, enjoys creating engaging content, and can manage both marketing responsibilities and daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Film and edit treatment videos, before-and-after photos, educational skincare content, and promotional posts
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, and in-office experiences
  • Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Develop and schedule posts using social media management platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence
  • Stay updated on social media trends and aesthetics industry trends

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal specials
  • Support email marketing, newsletters, and promotional content
  • Track social media and marketing performance using analytics tools
  • Maintain consistent branding across social media, website, and in-office materials
  • Collaborate with providers to promote MedSpa treatments, skincare products, and services

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries regarding services and pricing
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Check clients in and out and process payments and transactions
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with client education on services, packages, and skincare products

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong skills in photo/video creation and editing
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or the MedSpa industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
