Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organized Showroom Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a mix of engaging directly with customers in our showroom, managing sales, and providing excellent customer support through chat and phone. You will also help keep our showroom organized and assist with various office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
- Handle in-person sales transactions and ensure a smooth buying experience
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and welcoming showroom environment by arranging and presenting products effectively
- Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling as needed
- Manage customer support cases through chat and phone, providing timely and helpful responses
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask between in-person customer interaction and administrative tasks
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or office support preferred
- Comfortable using phone and chat platforms to handle customer inquiries
- Highly organized with attention to detail in maintaining showroom appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Spanish is requirred
