Position Overview:
Frontier Auto & RV Center is expanding and looking for a Service Advisor / Front Desk team member to support our service department. This is a key, hands-on role working directly with customers, technicians, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with service check-ins
- Write repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Manage factory and aftermarket warranty claims from start to finish
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and handle customer updates
- Assist with invoicing, parts coordination, and general office tasks
- Help keep workflow organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an automotive or RV service environment (required)
- Experience with shop software (Mitchell 1 or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Self-motivated and dependable
