As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and organized Service Administrator / Receptionist to join our team and support the daily operations of our Service Department.

Position Summary:
The Service Administrator / Receptionist serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal team members. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient flow of information between departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and process work orders, service invoices, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer and equipment records within company systems, ie: Equipsoft and Tinnacity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and scheduling
  • Support the Service Manager and department staff with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a service or dealership environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the material handling, automotive, or equipment service industry
  • Familiarity with service management

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday
  • No weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
