We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Administrative Assistant to support our domain, hosting, and registrar operations while ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update billing addresses on hosting accounts and domain registrars
  • Transfer domains between registrars and handle Whois verifications
  • Create and manage hosting accounts, including legal verifications
  • Manage incoming emails across all markets (T1 / T2 / T3) efficiently
  • Oversee registrar management, including handling ongoing issues like Safenames
  • Prepare contracts and documentation for domain transfers between companies

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Familiarity with domain management, hosting platforms, and Whois systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks across different markets
  • Experience in SEO or digital marketing is a plus but not required
