Career Strategies is actively seeking polished, experienced Leasing Consultants to join top apartment communities in the Seattle areas. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with residents, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and benefits
- Understand and explain lease agreements and application criteria
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, Tax Credit, federal and state regulations
- Enter and manage service requests and resident follow-ups
- Accept rental payments and accurately post rent
- Maintain strong curb appeal by walking the property regularly
- Operate property management software to record and manage data
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the leasing office
- Verify resident documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with invoice processing in coordination with the Property Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of on-site apartment leasing experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with property management software a plus
(Yardi, OneSite, AMSI, Rent Roll, eSite, etc.)
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Experience with luxury communities, lease-ups, or rehab properties is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete drug screening if requested
