Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting executive management and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The role involves coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules and communications, maintaining documentation and records, and supporting leadership with operational and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional business environment.

Compensation

Salary range: SAR 5,000 – SAR 7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support executive administrative tasks and office operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Ensure professional reception and communication with clients and partners
  • Maintain office organization and administrative efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in administrative or company secretarial roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred

Preferred: Candidates currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
