We are currently seeking a dynamic, hard-working and self-motivated people to fill our position of Administrative Assistant Position in the Ontario area. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and detail oriented. This position will specialize in invoicing and reconciling billing for one of our largest clients.

Job Description

  • Must have at least intermediate level skill with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft Excel and Office)
  • Assorted office tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Provides complex and varied administrative support
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as directed by the manager
  • Maintain confidential files, correspondence and other documents

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
  • Excellent multitasking skills including in demanding situations
  • Will seek out answers to any questions or problems that arise
  • Shows attention to detail, time management, and is punctual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma. Additional certification is a plus.
