O’Hara Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, compassionate, and highly organized individual to serve as our Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, this person plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of our school. Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist, welcoming students, families, visitors, and community members with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a courteous and timely manner.
- Manage the front office and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
- Special attention placed on student and building safety; oversees all access control.
- Assist the principal, faculty, and staff with administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain accurate student records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate attendance, student check-in/check-out procedures, and communication with families.
- Process correspondence, forms, reports, and other school documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, school events, and facility use.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate vendor orders as needed.
- Support enrollment, registration, and other school office functions.
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
Qualifications
- Commitment to the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church and the mission of O’Hara Catholic School.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred, particularly in a school or nonprofit setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Position Details
- Desired Start Date: August 10, 2026
- Full-Time | 12-Month | Salaried | Benefits Eligible
- Salary: $45,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience and education
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
