Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a career in administration or sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Assist administrative and sales teams with daily tasks and client communications
  • Help coordinate seminar campaign details and support order processing
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain office organization, including filing and general administrative support
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
