Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a career in administration or sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Assist administrative and sales teams with daily tasks and client communications
- Help coordinate seminar campaign details and support order processing
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain office organization, including filing and general administrative support
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Perform additional duties as assigned
