Job Summary
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and optimize daily schedules for the HVAC Service & Maintenance teams. Your proactive communication skills, combined with your ability to multitask and see the schedule as a puzzle to solve every day will make you a success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of HVAC Service & Maintenance teams to ensure we are meeting customer needs as efficiently as possible.
- Schedule all customer appointments with a keen eye toward quality and efficiency
- Manage the membership program and scheduling off maintenance appointments for plan members.
- Coordinate with customer service team on scheduling, technicians on timing, Service Manager on parts order & delivery, etc.
- Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to monitor vehicle locations and troubleshoot logistical issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate data entry records in Service Titan related to customer return visits needed, holes to fill in the schedule each day, etc.
- Collaborate with multiple areas across the company to ensure that we are meeting customer needs in balance with company & staff needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management, scheduling or dispatching roles with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling software, such as Service Titan and GPS systems.
- Experience working in a customer service focused industry that is fast-paced.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, multi-line phone systems, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills to liaise confidently with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour
