The Role
The Best Connection is recruiting a Sample Co-Ordinator for our client based in Goole. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with chemicals, preferably in a laboratory environment, who also has strong administrative and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate product samples
, ensuring they are tracked, stored, and distributed correctly. - Maintain accurate documentation and a reliable tracking system for all samples.
- Collaborate with internal teams
, acting as a liaison between vendors, buyers, and colleagues. - Maintain sample inventory
, ensuring materials are prepared for prototype sample development. - Conduct research into target markets, materials, trims, and potential suppliers.
- Ensure sample integrity
, making sure all samples are handled and recorded properly throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with chemicals (essential).
- Laboratory experience is desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
