Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Campground Reservations Associate to help guests book campsites, answer questions, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fun outdoor environment, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campground reservations via phone, email, and in‑person inquiries
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
- Process check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
- Maintain accurate reservation records and daily logs
- Answer questions about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Handle payments, receipts, and basic point‑of‑sale tasks
- Coordinate with maintenance and management regarding site availability and guest needs
- Assist with general office tasks and occasional light campground support
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (training provided)
- Ability to stay organized and multitask during busy periods
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Prior hospitality or campground experience is helpful but not required
- Must be reliable and able to work weekends or evenings as needed
