Part-Time Salon Coordinator

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Sport Clips is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Salon Coordinator to help create an outstanding experience for every client who walks through our doors.

As the first point of contact in our salon, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations, and helping our team succeed. If you’re looking for a flexible part-time opportunity and a fun, supportive workplace, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure they have a great experience from check-in to check-out
• Answer phones, manage the client queue, and assist with client inquiries
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Support retail sales by recommending products and educating clients on their benefits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon and retail displays
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering salon supplies
• Help keep the salon running smoothly by supporting the team with laundry, sanitation, stocking, cleaning stations, and other operational tasks
• Assist with local marketing efforts, promotions, and social media initiatives
• Participate in ongoing Sport Clips training and development programs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or salon experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
