Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Salon Client Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our salon. In this key front-desk role, you will ensure every client receives exceptional service from arrival to departure, contributing to their satisfaction and the overall smooth operation of our busy salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in clients upon arrival, creating an immediate positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage check-out processes, including processing payments and transactions accurately.
- Anticipate and address client needs throughout their visit to ensure complete satisfaction and a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with stylists and colorists to keep services running on schedule in our high-volume environment.
- Handle additional front-desk tasks as needed to support daily salon operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- Quick learner who can adapt rapidly to salon procedures, scheduling systems, and client management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a salon/spa environment is a plus, but not required—we value attitude and potential.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
