Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Communication:
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone
- Book, confirm, and adjust appointments using our scheduling system
- Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle payments for services and retail products accurately and efficiently
Salon Cleanliness & Upkeep:
- Sanitize and clean tools and equipment in compliance with salon health standards
- Keep the salon neat and inviting, including waiting area, service stations, and restrooms
- Assist in restocking supplies and keeping track of inventory needs
Team Support:
- Help keep the flow of appointments running smoothly
- Support nail techs as needed with general prep or client needs
- Contribute to a calm, friendly, and professional atmosphere
