Commercial Sales Support & Quoting Specialist
Functional Fitness Products – Ventura, CA
Temporary Full-Time Position (Approximately 6 Months) with Potential for Permanent Employment
Functional Fitness Products is a growing commercial fitness equipment, flooring, and gym build company serving customers throughout California and beyond.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our sales team by creating quotes, building PowerPoint presentations, researching products, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Create customer quotes using QuoteWerks
- Process quote revisions and updates
- Build PowerPoint presentations for gym build projects
- Research fitness equipment, flooring, and manufacturer products
- Gather product specifications and website links
- Maintain customer information in Pipedrive CRM
- Support multiple sales representatives simultaneously
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding pricing and product information
- Assist with additional sales support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & PowerPoint)
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Sales support or estimating
- Project coordination
- CRM software experience
- QuoteWerks experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Hourly wage based on experience.
