Sales Support Assistant / Showroom Receptionist Jobs in Houston at Hilltop Granites

Main description: Greet customers and assist the sales team by

helping put quotes together, closing sales and maintaining customer

files.

Responsibilities:

● Greet customers sign them in and assign them accordingly to

sales reps in a rotation.

● Gather notes from the sales reps after their meeting with

customers.

● Cleaning up the notes, checking pricing, availability, ETA and

converting them into spec sheets or a noteshelf and sending

them back to the sales rep.

● Check stock and freights when needed.

● Create estimates and send them over to be reviewed by the rep.

● Assist with maintaining the front entrance clean and neat at all

times.

● Assist with showroom maintenance duties and other

responsibilities / tasks as needed.

Skills and qualifications:

● Proactive and takes initiative

● Being punctual, prompt, efficient and reliable.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

● Detail oriented with good problem solving skills.

● A can do attitude

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Customer service

Good with computers, excel.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Saturdays: 9am- 1pm (REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
