Award winning craft cannabis cultivator seeking a motivated, energetic and customer-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales Team!
As a key member of our administrative staff, the ideal candidate will blend excellent organizational skills with a passion for supporting our sales team and retail partners, ensuring our daily operations and records remain seamless and accurate.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Support retail partners proactively with daily communication, via email or phone. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt customer support and information dissemination.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including client records, sales documents, and invoices.
- Assist with data entry tasks using CRM systems such as Apex Trading, and track-and-trace systems like METRC to update sales and inventory databases accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Manage calendar activities such as: supporting client delivery needs with scheduling and ensuring timely follow-up on sales inquiries or client requests.
- Support bookkeeping activities by creating and processing invoices through QuickBooks and tracking payments or expenses related to sales activities.
Requirements
- 21+ years old.
- Background check.
- Work autonomously and efficiently.
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.
- Previous experience in office management or assistant roles is preferred but not required.
