Position Summary

Title: Sales and Office Administrator

Reports to: CEO

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Hours: Full time, Salaried Position

Salary Range: $48,000 – $52,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the CEO and Director of Sales in two key areas:

1. Sales Administration

  • Enter sales orders for upgrades and service agreements and assist with parts and field service work orders if necessary.
  • Manage customer and sales representative databases.
  • Provide communication and coordination of aftermarket equipment purchases from existing customers.
  • Make travel arrangements for sales and field service departments.
  • Receive calls from customers and direct to appropriate department.
  • Maintain CEO calendar.
  • Arrange and support conference and trade show activity.
  • Coordinate graphics and printing for product labeling, trade show displays and brochure development.
  • Coordinate branding materials for employees and trade show give aways.
  • Coordinate manufacturer’s representative sales literature needs.
  • Maintain and update Company website. Work with outside website consultants as required.

2. Office Administrative Support

  • Office supply management.
  • Phone system management.
  • Maintain kitchen.
  • Coordinate both on-site and facility-based company events.

Job Skills

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be organized and proactive
  • Interested in learning about wastewater treatment and water reuse
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Adobe, Word and Excel software; WordPress and Sales Force software knowledge a plus

Qualifications

ï‚· Two-year associates degree or higher required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
