Sales & Finance Assistant / Deal Coordinator

Atlantic Pro Boat Sales & Service – Palmetto, FL

Atlantic Pro Boat Sales & Service is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable professional to join our growing dealership team. This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working with people, paperwork, finance, sales support, and dealership operations.

You will work directly with the Sales Manager and ownership team handling boat deal coordination, closings, finance paperwork, title work, online inventory management, customer communication, and dealership administrative operations.

This is not just an office desk job. We are looking for someone energetic, sharp, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a busy marine dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Purchase Agreements, bills of sale, finance paperwork, lender packages, and closing documents
  • Assist customers throughout the sales and financing process
  • Coordinate with banks, lenders, and insurance providers to secure approvals and process financing paperwork
  • Review contracts and verify deal documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Process title transfers, boat registrations, lien filings, and ownership documentation
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical deal files
  • Handle warranty registrations and protection product documentation
  • Create and update BoatTrader advertisements and online inventory listings
  • Update inventory, customer records, and deal information in Lightspeed DMS
  • Track deal status, deposits, balances, funding, and customer paperwork
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Follow up with customers regarding missing documents, signatures, funding requirements, and delivery scheduling
  • Assist with customer communication by phone, email, and in person
  • Support dealership administrative operations and additional office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous dealership, marine, automotive, powersports, RV, or finance office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn dealership software systems quickly
  • Experience with titles, registrations, DMV paperwork, or lender documentation is a major plus
  • Familiarity with financing, loan processing, contracts, and compliance procedures preferred
  • Experience with BoatTrader, online listings, Facebook Marketplace, or digital inventory management is a plus
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, email communication, and data entry

Preferred Experience:

  • Dealership Management Software (Lightspeed or similar DMS)
  • Marine industry experience
  • F&I or finance department experience
  • Title processing and registration experience
  • Sales support or office coordination experience
