MetaBrand is looking for a sharp, execution-focused Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team and CEO. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and can operate as the backbone of the sales process—from lead intake to order execution.

Responsibilities Must Haves to apply

  • HubSpot Lead Management
  • NetSuite Sales Order Processing
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-screen and qualify inbound leads to protect sales team bandwidth
  • Create, manage, and track sales orders and quotes in NetSuite
  • Process client onboarding documentation with speed and accuracy
  • Support pipeline movement and day-to-day sales execution
  • Provide customer support across active projects as needed
  • Act as the right-hand operator for a sales team of 4—driving organization, follow-up, and accountability

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
