Role Overview:
As the Administrative Assistant to a Managing Director on Meridian Investment Sales, you will provide comprehensive support, ensuring seamless management of business and team activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, Salesforce proficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
- Proactively track upcoming commitments and provide timely reminders to ensure preparedness and punctuality
- Serve as a gatekeeper for scheduling priorities, helping to keep Managing Director on track and organized throughout the day
- Prepare and distribute materials, documents, and communications for clients and internal meetings
- Process expense reports and perform monthly credit card reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Salesforce efficiently to track client information, commissions, and other critical data
- Assist with general administrative support, including email coordination, document organization, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to support day-to-day operations efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM systems.
Compensation
- Base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, and geographic location. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $65,000-75,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus. However, the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these factors and individual circumstances.
