2. About the Opportunity:
The Remote Data Entry Representative is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data within the organization”s systems. This role ensures the quality and integrity of information that supports the organization’s services, contributing to the smooth operation and reliability of its data-driven processes.
3. Responsibilities:
• Enter high volumes of data accurately and efficiently from various sources into databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Update existing records with new information as available.
• Organize and file digital documents systematically for easy retrieval.
• Follow data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain data consistency and integrity.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as needed.
4. Requirements:
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous but not required.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $55.00 USD.
