The Remote Data Entry Clerk role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases. This position ensures data accuracy and confidentiality while supporting various departments through administrative tasks. 3. Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain electronic records and organize digital files.
• Generate reports and compile information as requested by management.
• Perform regular database updates and quality checks.
• Assist with document management, scanning, and record retention.
• Respond to data requests and provide administrative support to various departments.
• Protect confidential company and customer information.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while adhering to deadlines.
4. Requirements:
• Excellent typing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data management systems and CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate''s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Experience working remotely is an advantage.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
