Our client Orca BPO is looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant in Islamabad

Orca BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team, focused on providing exceptional support for calendar management, customer relationship management, and data entry tasks. This role requires proficiency in scheduling appointments, managing client interactions through CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Go High Level CRM, and maintaining organized and accurate records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can efficiently handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Working primarily during US night shift hours, this position demands a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication to optimize overall productivity and client satisfaction.

The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting administrative functions, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and managing email correspondence to ensure seamless operational flow. With a proactive mindset, the candidate will identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to maintaining data integrity within various computer systems and CRM software. Although the position does not involve team management, the candidate should exhibit professionalism, adaptability, and a strong focus on delivering consistent high-quality service to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars efficiently, scheduling appointments and meetings accurately to maximize time utilization.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining current and accurate records within Salesforce CRM, Go High Level CRM, and other databases.
  • Support customer relationship management by maintaining contact records and assisting in client communications to foster positive interactions.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective correspondence.
  • Coordinate and adjust schedules and appointments to meet the varying needs of clients and the company.
  • Assist in various administrative duties including document preparation, email management, and ensuring prompt follow-up actions.
  • Operate computer systems and CRM software confidently to maintain data accuracy and assist in generating reports when required.
  • Maintain focus and productivity during US night shift hours to meet company performance standards.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline daily administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
