The Recreation Specialist, Child Watch, is responsible for organizing and cleaning equipment, providing high-quality customer service to members, and enforcing fitness floor rules and regulations. Other duties include providing administrative and clerical support to the Recreation Division.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Availability: Specifically looking for someone who can work:
    • Mornings – Monday- Friday 7:45 am – 1:00 pm
    • OR Afternoons – Monday – Friday 2:45 pm – 7:00 pm
    • as well as Saturday morning 7:45 AM – 1:00 pm
  • Safety: Ensures the overall safety, health, and welfare of all individuals participating in programming and using the recreation facilities and services of the City. Monitors The Marq facility spaces and offsite spaces, including parks and joint-use facilities.

What You Bring To Us:

  • A High School Diploma.
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant supervisory, fitness, child care and people management experience.
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with children (6 weeks old to 9 years old) highly preferred.
  • Ability to remain flexible with your schedule.
