Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage front desk and maintain a presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor management
- Maintain records and logs (visitors, calls, couriers, etc.)
- Support office operations as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations
