About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries efficiently
  • Supporting our sales and property management teams with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and open homes
  • Assisting with property file management, data entry, and CRM updates
  • Maintaining a professional and well-presented reception area
  • Contributing to a positive, team-focused office culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in reception, administration, or customer service (1–2+ years preferred)
  • Real estate experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Well-presented, confident, and articulate
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute beyond basic reception duties
