I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member – State Farm has been my entire career. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri, a proud father of two, and enjoy spending time outdoors whenever I can.

Supporting my community is something I’m passionate about. I serve as a Director for the Ford of Sage School District Education Foundation, am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy giving back through education and community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Philip Snodgrass – State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
