Our agency opened in 2001 and is a close-knit team of three who work together to provide reliable service and build lasting relationships with our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm claims handler, which gave me a strong understanding of how important proper coverage and guidance can be when people need it most.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Francis College and have been married for 40 years. Family and long-term relationships are incredibly important to me, and that mindset carries over into how I lead and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Marion Fazio – State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
