Receptionist/Office Assistant Jobs in Rutland at 4 Seasons Accounting LLC

Growing Accounting and Tax Practice in Rutland, VT seeks a Receptionist to join our team.

Our ideal candidate would enjoy working 32 to 40 hours during our busy season; from January 15, to April 30, and then flexible off-season hours (of approximately 15 to 20 hours.)

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so professionalism and confidentiality is a must. You would be expected to have superior customer service skills, eager to learn, attention to detail, and be a self-starter. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Minimum Education is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior office experience is required.

Job Responsibilities include:

Answering Dual Line Phone System

Greet and Assist Clients

Accept and Process Credit Card Payments

Schedule Appointments for Clients with Appropriate Staff

File Documentation as Needed

Shred Documents as Needed

Provide Data Entry in QuickBooks and Excel, as Needed

Maintain a Clean and Professional Reception Environment

Calling Clients as Requested

Other Duties as Assigned
