I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I owned a fitness company, which taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and helping people achieve their goals. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University and enjoy spending time on the golf course whenever I can. Our agency is also very active in the community through sponsorships, golf outings, and fundraising efforts that support local schools and organizations.

- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
