What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome while efficiently directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain seamless communication within the company by promptly notifying staff of visitor arrivals and managing the telecommunications system with precision.
• Provide clear and helpful information by answering inquiries or directing them to the right resources.
• Operate the telephone and console systems according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Ensure that the reception area remains safe, clean, and inviting by adhering to established procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the team and overall office operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Who You Will Be Reporting To

You will report directly to Robby Sharp, our BDC and reception manager, collaborating closely to ensure smooth and professional front desk operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the customer experience at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville while developing your professional communication and organizational skills in a supportive environment.
