Rio Vista Post Acute and Rehabilitation is looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Part Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our skilled nursing facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff with a smile
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Manage front desk operations and visitor logs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent phone skills
***Schedule includes evening and weekend hours, must be flexible.
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
