Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for multiple team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and special projects.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and streamline processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
