Receptionist/Office Assistant Jobs in Rochester Hills, MI at Pirzada Wellness
Duties:
– Greet and welcome all patients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer office phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
– Schedule medical appointments and manage the office calendar
– Coordinate office projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
– Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files
– Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently
– Utilize computer software to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers as required, including direct patient assistance
– Perform order entry tasks and maintain inventory records
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a general or medical receptionist or administrative assistant preferred, but not mandatory
– Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using computer software (employee will be trained)
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
