Duties
- Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Verifying information and managing patient flow
- Assisting providers with patient care and testing
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Supporting a smooth, welcoming clinic environment
- Collect patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and insurance details with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient inquiries to optimize clinic flow and enhance patient service experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, medicine, urgent care, or outpatient facilities is highly preferred but willing to train the right person
- Proven ability to provide excellent patient service while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced outpatient or inpatient settings
- Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you excel in this role across diverse medical disciplines

Pay: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour
