Pay:
$11.00–$12.00 per hour


Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM – 5PM

Express Employment Professionals is now seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator. This position serves as the first point of contact for walk-ins, job seekers, business clients, and visitors while providing administrative support to our recruiting team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment with a high volume of customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in applicants, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments and assist job seekers with the registration process
  • Guide applicants through electronic registration and required employment paperwork
  • Verify government-issued identification documents, including driver’s licenses, state IDs, passports, permanent resident cards, etc.
  • Assist with completing and organizing I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification forms and related onboarding documents
  • Scan, upload, organize, and maintain confidential applicant files and electronic records
  • File employment documents accurately and maintain organized personnel records
  • Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, filing, and document management
  • Support office operations and complete additional administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative assistant, front desk, or office support experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiar working with computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurately handle sensitive applicant information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
