We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and people-loving team member to join our luxury medical spa team! If you enjoy making people feel welcome, helping them look and feel amazing, and creating great experiences, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
As our front desk and client experience star, you’ll be the first smile clients see and the heart of our spa. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, build real connections, and help drive the spa’s success through thoughtful recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with our signature welcome experience (tea, cozy wraps, and genuine care)
- Check clients in, manage the schedule, and keep the spa looking beautiful
- Educate guests on treatments, products, and memberships
- Provide excellent service while gently promoting services and retail products
- Handle bookings, payments, and day-to-day operations
- Help with social media content and spa promotions
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with hospitality, spa, retail, or high-end customer service experience (preferred)
- A warm, positive person with strong communication and sales skills
- Professional, reliable, and great at multitasking
- Comfortable using booking software (Vagaro, Mindbody, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google tools
Pay & Perks
- Starting at $20 per hour
- 10% commission on treatment packages and retail sales
